Role Overview – Travel & Expenses Specialist (ABB)

As a Travel & Expenses Specialist at ABB, you will manage day-to-day T&E operations, including complex and escalated cases. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Concur, ServiceNow, and AppZen, ensuring system stability, policy compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, finance teams, and managers while contributing to process improvements, reporting, and data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, and Teams queries related to T&E policies and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve Concur issues including posting failures and accounting interfaces
• Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on T&E processes
• Configure, test, and maintain Concur system settings
• Administer and maintain tools such as Concur, AppZen, and ServiceNow
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare reports, analyze T&E data, and share insights with stakeholders
