Role Overview – Application Tech Support Practitioner

In this role, you will serve as the ongoing interface between clients and applications/systems. Your responsibilities include understanding client issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and designing effective resolutions using strong product and system knowledge. The role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-first approach.
