Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business processes and systems, assess business models, and design solutions that integrate business requirements with technology. The role involves understanding the current state, identifying customer needs, and defining future business solutions to improve operational efficiency.

You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support informed decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Analyze organizational processes and business systems.
• Assess current business models and define future state solutions.
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use Microsoft Power BI to analyze data and generate insights.
• Apply data visualization techniques to present findings clearly.
• Support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and solution design.
• Support the team by building domain and technical knowledge.

Process Improvement

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of business process modeling and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–2 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
