Role Overview – International Voice Process Executive

As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be part of Accenture’s Customer Support vertical, managing and resolving customer queries from global clients. The role focuses on delivering timely resolutions, managing escalations, and ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

You will work within contact center platforms and customer service technologies that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
