As a Business Development Executive, you will handle B2B outbound sales using verified leads provided by AceInt.ai. The role focuses on HRs, founders, recruiters, and decision-makers, where you’ll understand hiring needs, pitch AceInt’s solutions, schedule meetings, and convert qualified leads into paid B2B clients.

You will own the entire sales pipeline, making this an ideal role for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales and client management.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive verified B2B outbound leads from AceInt.ai
  • Initiate professional calls with HRs, founders, and recruiters
  • Understand hiring and talent-evaluation requirements
  • Pitch AceInt.ai solutions using scenario-based frameworks
  • Schedule and confirm Google Meet / virtual meetings
  • Perform consistent and independent follow-ups
  • Collect official business email IDs for proposals and onboarding
  • Share proposals after meetings or positive discussions
  • Handle objections and pricing as per guidelines
  • Convert qualified leads into paid B2B clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact to payment confirmation
