Role Overview – CTK Service Associate at Amazon

As a CTK Service Associate, you will act as a frontline HR support advisor, assisting Amazon employees globally. The role focuses on employee experience, problem resolution, policy guidance, and time-sensitive HR inquiries, delivered through real-time communication channels.

This role demands high judgment, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of employee contacts via calls, chats, cases, and tickets
  • Take ownership of each interaction and resolve issues with customer obsession
  • Refer to SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to provide accurate resolutions
  • Escalate cases appropriately when issues cannot be resolved as per process
  • Build trust through empathetic and personalized employee interactions
  • Respond to urgent HR issues with clear communication and documentation
  • Balance process adherence with employee needs using sound judgment
  • Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues
  • Maintain performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT
  • Adhere to schedules, including breaks, to support 24/7 operations
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 0–10+ years experience in contact center, customer service, HR, or related roles
  • Minimum 6 months experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years contact center or customer support experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookups, navigation)
  • Exposure to HR processes like leave, benefits, or employee services
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or handling escalations
