About the Role
Amazon is hiring Transportation Representatives (L2 Associates) to support its inbound operations, vendor communication, and logistics workflow. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Amazon and vendor/seller partners, ensuring smooth inventory flow, timely shipment management, and a high standard of customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main interface between Amazon and vendor/seller POCs.
- Manage inbound inventory requests, shipment concerns, and appointment-related queries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, customers, and delivery partners.
- Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining Amazon’s operational standards.
- Handle sensitive or escalated cases with proper workflow reporting.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and accuracy.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and suggest process improvements.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to focus and resolve issues without distractions
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet Explorer, Windows OS
- Strong typing skills & ability to navigate websites efficiently
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Management, Inventory Management (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel and basic reporting
- Ability to work in teams as well as independently
