About the Role
The Analyst 2 position is a dynamic hybrid role, combining the critical thinking of a Data Analyst with the leadership and executional discipline of a Technical Program Manager (TPM). You’ll be at the center of strategic decision-making—uncovering data-driven insights while leading complex technical programs to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis
- Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Analyze data using statistical tools to identify patterns, trends, and business insights
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Work closely with business and engineering teams to understand and fulfill their data needs
- Recommend process improvements based on findings
- Stay current with new analytics tools, techniques, and methodologies
Technical Program Management
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs from planning to delivery
- Create and manage project timelines, roadmaps, and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Regularly update stakeholders on program status and progress
- Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
Agile/Scrum Facilitation
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
- Coach team members in Agile practices to improve delivery velocity and quality
- Ensure clarity of goals and transparency in progress
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog
- Foster a team culture of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability
Key Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL, Python
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and visualization platforms
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage complex programs
- Empathetic leadership with conflict resolution and coaching abilities
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
