About the Role
The Lowe’s Media Network (LMN) team is hiring Analysts who can turn campaign data into actionable insights. You will work on post-campaign analysis, interpret media and consumer data, and deliver impactful recaps that tell performance stories and drive value for brands.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze media campaign data from reporting dashboards
- Perform quality checks to identify missing data or irregularities
- Create detailed client-facing campaign performance reports
- Translate complex data into media insights and consumer behavior narratives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Communicate findings in a simple, effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
- Must-Have:
- Marketing analytics, campaign performance, media insights, A/B testing
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to find the “why” behind data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of retail media and marketing metrics
- Tools: SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Domo, Superset, Adobe Analytics
- Experience with closed-loop attribution or web analytics
