Role Overview

As part of the PSG IT CoE Team, you will ensure the stability, compliance, and enhancement of manufacturing applications that power pharmaceutical operations. The role involves Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, collaboration with global teams, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Manufacturing IT applications
• Perform root cause analysis, configuration changes, and enhancements
• Collaborate with global IT, business, and vendor teams
• Support upgrades, patching, and validation in regulated environments
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles
• Create and maintain incident, change, and validation documentation
• Provide user training, onboarding, and support materials
• Promote standard practices and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Experience supporting Manufacturing IT applications
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, Historian, or Batch systems
• Familiarity with regulated (GxP) environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
