Role Overview – Application Support Engineer (Manufacturing)

As an Application Support Engineer, you will support and enhance Manufacturing IT applications that power pharmaceutical production. The role ensures system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement while working closely with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.

You will play a key role in maintaining validated systems, supporting audits, driving root-cause analysis, and enabling reliable digital manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Manufacturing IT applications
• Monitor application stability, performance, and compliance
