Role Overview

As an Apprentice – Support Engineer, you will support the monitoring, management, and optimization of critical physical assets, including ROVs and related equipment. The role provides hands-on exposure to asset tracking systems, compliance documentation, project coordination, and real-time operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset tracking systems for ROVs and related equipment
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Analyze asset data and prepare utilization and performance reports
• Manage documentation including maintenance records, inspection reports, and certifications
• Support ROV certification processes as per regulatory and industry standards
• Assist clients with documentation and compliance requirements
• Prepare technical specification sheets for ROV systems
• Provide real-time technical support during ROV deployments
• Coordinate with project managers on deployment, maintenance, and performance plans
• Use Smartsheets for project tracking, schedules, and reporting
• Manage documentation repositories using SharePoint with proper version control
