Role Overview – Associate, BI (NielsenIQ)

As an Associate, BI, you will manage customer deliverables, resolve quality queries, and ensure timely snapshot/data extract delivery. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for designated customers, collaborate across global NIQ teams, and drive high-quality BI outcomes aligned with contractual SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor delivery management tasks (snapshots, data extracts, quality queries)
• Triage and resolve customer requests via CSO / MSD across markets and categories
• Ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy against KPIs
• Partner with Customer Service and cross-functional NIQ teams for resolution
• Improve process efficiency and deliverable quality using NIQ methodologies
• Manage stakeholder communication in a hybrid, multicultural environment
