Role Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer – Java, you will work on building and maintaining game engines and backend systems for Light & Wonder’s next-generation casino platforms. You will collaborate closely with product teams, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems used in live production environments.

The role also provides exposure to enterprise-grade architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and performance-critical systems, making it an excellent growth opportunity for early-career engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software features using established coding standards and patterns
• Write unit and integration tests for developed modules
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance
• Maintain technical and product documentation
