About the Role
As an Associate Technical Analyst at GroundTruth, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns and supporting the GT platform. You’ll partner with internal teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and deliver data-driven solutions across revenue streams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to drive campaign efficiency and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign and platform trends to identify discrepancies.
- Perform root cause analysis by pulling and interpreting key data points.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track ongoing performance.
- Triage and respond to internal stakeholder requests.
- Proactively monitor and maintain reports to flag potential concerns.
- Participate in after-action reviews to improve processes.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering teams for smooth execution.
- Cultivate relationships across teams by understanding challenges and providing effective solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- SQL (Intermediate), Python (Basic–Intermediate)
- HTML (Intermediate)
- Statistics (Intermediate understanding)
- Looker/Tableau (Intermediate)
- Familiarity with Grafana, New Relic, or similar tools
- Front-end debugging using Chrome Dev Tools (or equivalent)
- Preferred:
- Programming experience or ability to read/understand code.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Effective communicator—able to simplify technical concepts.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn.
