Role Overview – Associate Consultant (Workday Extend)

As a Workday Extend Techno-Functional Consultant, you will lead the technical and functional design, development, and governance of Workday Extend applications and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent HR solutions using Workday Extend, AI, and GenAI capabilities.

This role offers deep exposure to enterprise architecture, AI-enabled HR workflows, and global digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable architecture for Workday Extend applications
• Own end-to-end solution design, extensibility, and platform governance
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Build and optimize Workday application models and data structures
• Develop and integrate intelligent HR workflows and AI-driven solutions
• Leverage Workday AI Gateway APIs, LLMs, and conversational AI
