Role Overview

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will support the design and delivery of mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Working under senior engineers, you will gain exposure to real-world engineering projects, technical documentation, equipment sizing, and coordination with multiple disciplines.

The role focuses on learning, collaboration, and practical engineering application within large infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in mechanical design for water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Support sizing and selection of pumps, valves, pipes, and equipment
  • Prepare pipe, valve, and equipment schedules
  • Assist in compiling mechanical equipment specifications
  • Support development of mechanical GA drawings
  • Review supplier and contractor technical submissions
  • Assist in preparation of design reports, calculations, and technical notes
  • Support construction and commissioning activities
  • Assist with P&IDs and control philosophies
  • Collaborate with civil, electrical, process, and ICA teams
  • Participate in site visits for surveys and data collection
  • Contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives
