Role Overview – Branding Executive at Aurolab

As a Branding Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing Aurolab’s brand presence through internal and external promotional initiatives. You will support national and regional branding campaigns, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and assist in employer branding activities that strengthen the organization’s visibility among employees, partners, and stakeholders.

This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate branding, employer branding, event coordination, and marketing operations in a structured and purpose-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Promotions & Campaigns

  • Support planning and execution of regional and national brand campaigns
  • Coordinate with Creative Design, Sales, and Product teams for brand alignment
  • Liaise with vendors for production of brochures, displays, gifts, and promotional items
  • Manage purchase orders and payment timelines in line with defined TATs
  • Initiate innovative promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
  • Support visitor management, presentations, and plant tours for guests and leadership

Employer Branding

  • Work with HR and Brand teams on employer branding initiatives
  • Support content creation for career fairs, onboarding kits, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Promote internal achievements, milestones, and employee stories on appropriate platforms

Marketing Asset Management

  • Ensure consistency of brand visuals and messaging across all assets
  • Maintain inventory of branding and promotional materials
  • Coordinate approvals and adherence to brand guidelines for all collaterals
  • Provide backend branding support for events, including reporting

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Track campaign effectiveness and collect field feedback
  • Assist in preparing monthly branding and promotion reports
  • Monitor promotional expenses and support budget control
  • Identify cost-effective branding solutions and document processes
