About the Role
TransUnion’s Tenant and Employment (T&E) Back Office Operations team helps customers and consumers with screening services for rental housing and employment opportunities. As a Back Office Operations Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and professional support across multiple processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support emails and provide accurate responses.
- Review and verify identity documents.
- Complete recommendation transactions for criminal/eviction checks.
- Fulfill consumer disclosure requests.
- Research and resolve consumer disputes.
- Adhere to defined processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with QA and team leads for continuous improvement.
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 0–3 years in operations, customer care, or support roles.
- Strong skills in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Basic understanding of U.S. credit, financial principles, housing, and criminal justice concepts (preferred).
