About the Role

TransUnion’s Tenant and Employment (T&E) Back Office Operations team helps customers and consumers with screening services for rental housing and employment opportunities. As a Back Office Operations Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and professional support across multiple processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support emails and provide accurate responses.
  • Review and verify identity documents.
  • Complete recommendation transactions for criminal/eviction checks.
  • Fulfill consumer disclosure requests.
  • Research and resolve consumer disputes.
  • Adhere to defined processes and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with QA and team leads for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 0–3 years in operations, customer care, or support roles.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic understanding of U.S. credit, financial principles, housing, and criminal justice concepts (preferred).
