Job Description

As an Analyst at Barclays, you will support business units by translating financial data into actionable insights. You will act as a bridge between finance and business teams, enabling informed decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

You will also contribute to digital transformation initiatives by leveraging analytics tools and modern BI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Analysis

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and plans.
• Build financial models to forecast performance and evaluate risks.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and support business decisions.

Reporting & Insights

• Design and manage MI dashboards, analytics, and insights.
• Support regulatory reporting, financial control, and planning activities.
• Present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
• Support business units with financial governance and risk management practices.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work cross-functionally with finance and business teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor within your area of expertise.
• Support transformation and process improvement initiatives.
