About the Role
Citi is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a developing professional role where you will leverage data and analytics to support strategic business decisions. You will monitor, assess, and interpret business processes and data to provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and help shape business policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate past business performance.
- Identify patterns and trends in data, providing actionable insights for business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Recommend actions for future developments, strategic opportunities, and operational policy enhancements.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis to support decision-making.
- Translate data into insights on customer behavior to drive targeting, segmentation, and business strategies.
- Communicate findings effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
- Explore and evaluate new data sources, tools, and capabilities to improve processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build, implement, and track decision strategies.
- Assess risks associated with business decisions and ensure compliance with Citi’s policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent experience.
