As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather and refine requirements, and design solutions aligned with CSG’s platform capabilities. You will play a key role in guiding customers through complex problem spaces while ensuring alignment across business, technical feasibility, timelines, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather, validate, and refine business and functional requirements
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business pain points
• Navigate ambiguity and define actionable problem statements

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
