Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (Tamil), you’ll play a key role in guiding students toward the right career path. You’ll act as a mentor, helping them understand how NxtWave’s programs can transform their careers while achieving sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and working professionals with career and course-related advice.
- Counsel prospective learners and explain how CCBP 4.0 programs can accelerate their growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from calls and demos to closing deals and follow-ups.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions and feedback from leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (English proficiency is a plus).
- Passion for helping learners make informed career decisions.
- Sales mindset with the ability to build trust and empathy with prospects.
- Prior experience (6+ months) in sales or EdTech is an added advantage.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
