Role Overview – Customer Support Executive at BuyMore
As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage end-to-end customer support operations across calls and emails. The role involves coordinating with logistics, warehouse, finance, and tech teams, monitoring orders, deliveries, SLA, TAT, and RTO, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
This role is well-suited for candidates looking to build a career in e-commerce operations, customer experience, and supply chain coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
Respond to customer emails within defined turnaround times
Act as the first point of contact and provide accurate order and shipment updates
Maintain empathetic, professional, and clear communication
Order & Logistics Monitoring
Track order confirmation, pickup, transit, delivery, delays, and RTO cases
Ensure adherence to SLA and TAT for deliveries and queries
Proactively identify exceptions and initiate corrective actions
Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues
Ticketing & Escalation Management
Create and manage support tickets with proper documentation
Ensure timely resolution and closure of tickets
Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams
Report recurring or critical issues for long-term fixes
ERP & Internal Coordination
Update customer interactions and order status in ERP systems
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and tech teams
Work closely with courier partners for exception handling
Process & Quality Improvement
Follow SOPs, compliance, and quality guidelines
Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
Maintain accurate reports and performance records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Comfortable handling customer calls and emails
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Exposure to e-commerce or logistics operations
