Role Overview – Analyst (CIS) at Capgemini

As an Analyst (CIS), you will be part of Capgemini’s Customer Interaction Services team, providing technical and customer support across multiple industries such as Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.

You will handle voice-based customer interactions, manage support tickets, troubleshoot internet and account issues, and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide voice-based customer support and technical troubleshooting
  • Handle multi-channel support (voice, email, service desk tools)
  • Manage and track support tickets (Open, On-hold, Resolved, Closed)
  • Troubleshoot issues such as internet connectivity, password resets, profile resets
  • Ensure first contact resolution (FCR)
  • Use internal tools and AI BOT (CHIP) for faster issue resolution
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles
  • Handle service emails and reduce hand-offs
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction through professional interactions
  • Support customers across Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare & Tech domains
