Role Overview – Order To Cash Associate / Executive

As an O2C Associate, you will manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including billing, collections, cash applications, and dispute management. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely payment realization and compliance.

  • Process customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Perform cash application and reconcile payments
