Job Description

As a Quality Engineer at Cimpress, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of web-based products. The role focuses on validating requirements, identifying defects early, and supporting continuous improvement of QA processes.

You will work closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Design and execute manual test cases based on product requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Validate features across browsers and platforms

Defect Management & Debugging

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Analyze issues to support root cause identification
• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely fixes

Agile Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure adequate QA coverage during development cycles
• Support continuous delivery and quality improvements

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation
• Contribute ideas to improve QA workflows and standards

Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

• Experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect management
• Cross-browser and cross-platform web testing experience
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and web debugging
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools (Postman)
