Citi, one of the world’s largest financial services organisations, is hiring for an entry-level Chat Customer Service Specialist to support operational processes, documentation handling, workflow management, and customer servicing. This role offers exposure to core banking operations, risk management, and compliance frameworks within a global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage documentation, records, storage and retrieval activities
• Support account maintenance, imaging, and operational processing
• Conduct research, analysis, and workflow tracking
• Assist teams as a subject matter support resource when required
• Coordinate with relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients
• Provide accurate communication to leadership and internal stakeholders
• Follow regulatory and compliance guidelines to safeguard customer and company data

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
