Role Overview – Clearing and Settlement Analyst

As a Clearing and Settlement Analyst at Deutsche Bank, you will gain in-depth exposure to Trade Services operations, supporting settlement, matching, reconciliation, transaction reporting, and investigation processes. You will be trained across multiple functions and expected to meet strict productivity, quality, and SLA benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute end-to-end Trade Services processes
  • Handle settlement, matching, fails, confirmations, and reconciliations
  • Perform trade and non-trade confirmations and corrections
  • Manage registration and deregistration of shares
  • Conduct cash and stock reconciliation activities
  • Support transaction reporting and trade investigations
  • Meet SLA, productivity, and quality targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports using reporting tools
  • Coordinate with internal and external counterparts via email and calls
  • Perform quality checks and adhere to SOPs and security policies
  • Participate actively in team meetings and process improvement initiatives
  • Continuously upgrade domain knowledge and certifications
