Cognizant is hiring enthusiastic freshers for a non-voice, data entry role in the Banking Process. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling backend operations, documentation, and data processing tasks in alignment with client requirements.

Required Skills & Eligibility

Eligibility

• ✓ Only 2023, 2024 & 2025 graduates are eligible
• ✗ Postgraduates are NOT eligible
• ✓ Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, BE, B.Tech, etc.)
• ✓ Freshers ONLY (0 years experience)

Required Skills

• Good typing speed & accuracy
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Comfortable with Work from Office – Chennai
• Good communication & comprehension skills
• Interest in Data Entry / Non-Voice processes

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling banking documents and performing accurate data entry
• Processing backend tasks as per client process requirements
• Maintaining accuracy and meeting daily/weekly productivity targets
• Following internal quality guidelines and compliance rules
• Updating reports and documentation as required
• Coordinating with teams for clarification on task-related queries
