Role Overview

As an Analyst Trainee, you will work in one of Cognizant’s core service lines, supporting IT operations, cloud platforms, or digital workplace services. The role involves hands-on exposure to database operations, service ticket resolution, testing, infrastructure support, and customer-facing IT services.

This is a fresher-only role, and any prior work experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Alignment)

IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Perform database queries and CRUD operations
• Write and execute stored procedures
• Prepare and execute manual/automated test cases
• Resolve service tickets using SOPs
• Work with ITSM and data analytics tools

Multicloud

• Monitor and maintain computing environments
• Handle incident management and server monitoring
• Support Windows, Network, Database, Cloud & Messaging platforms
• Follow SOPs, runbooks, and compliance standards

Digital Workplace Services

• Provide first-line IT and technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets
• Collaborate with IT teams for escalations
