Job Description

As an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, you will be trained and deployed across different service lines such as IT Operations, Multicloud Support, Digital Workplace Services, or Integrated Smart Operations.

The role focuses on technical support, database operations, service management, incident handling, and analytics, providing strong exposure to enterprise IT environments.

Role Alignments & Responsibilities

IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Perform database queries and CRUD operations
• Write stored procedures and execute test cases
• Prepare and execute manual/automated testing
• Analyze and resolve service tickets as per SOPs
• Work with IT Service Management & Data Analytics tools

Multicloud

• Monitor and maintain computing environments
• Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage & Cloud systems
• Handle incident management and production support
• Follow SOPs, runbooks, and compliance standards
• Work in 24×7 shifts and support global clients

Digital Workplace Services

• Provide first-line IT technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Log, track, and resolve service tickets
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Academic Requirements

Rounding off of marks is not allowed.
Candidates who attended Cognizant assessments or interviews in the last 6 months are not eligible.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT systems and databases
• Willingness to work in shifts and relocate if required
