Role Overview – Analyst (Operations) at CoinDCX

As an Operations Analyst, you will be part of CoinDCX’s newly formed Reliability Operations Team, acting as the first line of defense for business-critical systems and processes. You’ll monitor platforms in real time, detect incidents early, coordinate responses, and ensure seamless operations across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring & Oversight

• Monitor systems, applications, and business processes using dashboards and alerts
• Detect anomalies early to prevent operational impact

Incident Detection & Response

• Identify, log, categorize, and escalate incidents as per SLAs
• Act as the central coordination point during live incidents

First-Level Troubleshooting

• Perform initial triage and validate alerts
• Reduce false positives before escalation

Operational Continuity (24/7)

• Ensure smooth shift handovers with complete context
• Maintain uninterrupted operations across rotational shifts

Governance & Documentation

• Maintain shift logs, incident records, and escalation notes
• Update SOPs and internal knowledge bases

Reporting & Insights

• Share real-time updates during incidents
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Highlight recurring issues, trends, and reliability risks
