Role Overview – Customer Service Representative at Concentrix

As a Customer Service Representative (Advisor I) at Concentrix, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to client products or services and providing accurate, timely resolutions. The role requires active listening, empathy, problem-solving skills, and strict adherence to quality standards.

You will be trained on client processes and tools and will work under defined procedures while gradually building product and process knowledge.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, or email
