Overview
Amazon is hiring Customer Service Associates for a contractual position based in Delhi/Noida. This is a work-from-office role, where you’ll be at the forefront of Amazon’s mission to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll interact with customers via phone, chat, and email—addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful customer experience. This role does not follow a script-based approach, and full training will be provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries across phone, chat, and email.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to issues related to orders, payments, product details, and website navigation.
- Work with internal tools to investigate problems and offer effective resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and ownership.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to new tools, technologies, and operational changes as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal right to work in India.
- Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Comfortable working on a laptop or desktop for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable submitting a video resume and participating in video-based interview stages.
- Government-issued photo ID (except Aadhaar) required for identity verification.
