Job Overview

We’re hiring Customer Service Associates for Email and Chat Support at a Forbes Global 2000 IT Services Corporate. This role is ideal for graduates and freshers passionate about delivering world-class customer support through efficient, professional, and empathetic communication.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless support for customers, especially in the e-commerce sector, handling queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide email and chat-based support for customer inquiries.
  • Resolve issues with accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Freshers welcome; prior customer service experience (especially in e-commerce) is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency with email/chat support tools; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
