About the Role
Springworks is seeking proactive and communicative professionals to join our team as Customer Success Associates. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, building long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping them get the most value from our products. By understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions, you’ll play a key role in driving customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing concerns with effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create account strategies that boost retention and revenue.
- Understand client business goals and industry to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Represent Springworks at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Growth Roadmap
In Your First Month
- Gain complete understanding of our products, policies, and systems.
- Learn CRM tools (Zoho) and related software.
- Get introduced to key accounts and begin building client connections.
In Three Months
- Develop strong client relationships and independently manage client issues.
- Gain insights into industry trends and competitors.
In Six Months
- Take full ownership of client accounts, resolving issues proactively.
- Drive strategies for customer retention and growth.
- Mentor CX interns on best practices and processes.
Requirements
- Graduate degree with an interest in customer success/account management.
- Prior experience in client-facing account management in a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Zoho preferred).
- Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
