Job Overview
As a Data Analyst within the Customer Technical Success (CTS) team at Autodesk, you’ll deliver analytical expertise that powers strategic decisions and drives operational excellence. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, transforming raw data into actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and support the creation of impactful content strategies for Autodesk’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover insights that drive process optimization and strategic decisions.
- Partner with senior management to assess the impact of business strategies and deliver data-backed recommendations.
- Act as a data subject matter expert for your area, ensuring data quality and identifying improvements in data models and metrics.
- Collaborate with business leaders to frame questions and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Create compelling data narratives using tools like PowerBI and PowerPoint, helping stakeholders visualize trends and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming in Python.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets.
- Strong command of BI/Data Visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Skilled in data storytelling and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
