About the Role
Pharmint is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. You will perform data modeling, statistical analysis, and build dashboards and reports that empower teams across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate insights effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
- Develop, validate, and maintain data models to support decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret findings and recommend strategies.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and data modeling.
- Solid knowledge of statistics and its application in business contexts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is beneficial.
