Data Analyst (Credit Risk Domain)

About the Role

At Deloitte, every day your work makes a real impact. We’re looking for experienced Data Analysts or Business Analysts with strong knowledge of Credit Risk and Basel III/CRR regulations. You’ll help transition risk data systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data/system migration linked to Basel III Credit Risk frameworks
• Reconcile critical data between legacy systems and modern data warehouses
• Investigate anomalies in metrics like EAD, RWA, PD, LGD
• Collaborate with SMEs and IT teams to track and validate data lineage
• Create BRDs, FSDs, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Credit Risk, Basel III / CRR regulations
• Experience in data profiling, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting
• Hands-on SQL skills and understanding of critical risk data elements
• Good documentation and communication skills (technical + non-technical teams)

Preferred:

• Past experience in regulatory engine upgrades
• Agile project familiarity, metadata validation tools knowledge
