About the Role
We’re looking for a technically strong and analytically driven Data Analytics Analyst (C10 level) to join our dynamic team in Pune or Chennai. This role combines hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Python, with the strategic thinking required to extract data-driven insights and contribute to key business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Oracle PL/SQL queries and procedures for ETL processes
- Use Python scripting for automation, reporting, and data analytics
- Perform in-depth data analysis to detect trends and provide actionable business insights
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to convert business needs into data solutions
- Build and maintain data quality standards ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
- Stay updated with industry innovations including AI/ML technologies
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools in future data projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Python for technical data analysis
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Awareness of AI/ML tools, including NLP, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Ability to research and experiment with new technologies for analytics
- Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical acumen
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in the financial services domain is a plus
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of technical data analytics or programming experience
- Solid foundation in business application debugging and scripting
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grasp of programming standards and business processes
