Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Bangalore team in a hybrid work model. This role will focus on managing SQL databases, driving Python-based lead generation, and building impactful dashboards and reports to support growth and pricing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• SQL Database Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Modify and optimize databases based on business needs.
• Python (Kedro Pipelines) Lead Generation: Lead and maintain the Python-based Harvest Growth pipeline, continuously improving efficiency.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and tools supporting Growth and Pricing initiatives.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare documentation and training resources for lead generation programs and analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
