Role Overview – Associate Cash Management Coordinator at Diebold Nixdorf

As an Associate Cash Management Coordinator, you will support ATM cash operations by forecasting cash requirements, planning replenishment schedules, and ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and internal KPIs. You will work closely with cash-in-transit partners, internal teams, and customers to maintain optimal cash availability across ATM networks.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Forecast cash requirements for client ATMs
  • Plan and adjust ATM cash replenishment schedules
  • Monitor daily customer and operational performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Coordinate with Cash-In-Transit (CIT) service providers
  • Support onboarding of new customers
  • Receive, resolve, or escalate customer issues appropriately
  • Update procedural manuals as per operational practices
  • Follow company policies, accounting standards, and cash handling regulations
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate qualification or equivalent work experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in cash management or operations (freshers can apply)
  • Good written and spoken business English
  • Basic understanding of operations, compliance, and reporting
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
