Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Review Contractor to help us strengthen digital security by reviewing and assessing incoming emails. The role focuses on identifying potential phishing attempts, social engineering tactics, spam, and fraudulent activity.
This is a non-technical role – you won’t need specialist tools – but it requires a sharp eye for suspicious content, strong English communication skills, and prior corporate work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate emails to detect phishing, fraud, spam, or social engineering attempts.
- Accurately flag suspicious or malicious content following provided guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability in email assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior corporate work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with phishing and spam detection (similar to corporate security awareness training).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and available to start immediately.
