Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification:
✔ Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
✔ Basic computer and communication skills preferred.

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025):

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 35 years

(Age relaxation as per Government norms)

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets through direct sales of IPPB products.
• Conduct customer acquisition drives and financial literacy campaigns in rural areas.
• Assist Postmasters and Department of Posts Inspectors in daily operations.
• Train and guide Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) on IPPB products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support in marketing, operations, and awareness campaigns for IPPB.
