Job Description

As an SaT–TD Intern, you will work closely with engagement teams and stakeholders to manage engagement lifecycle activities. The role focuses on compliance, engagement tracking, reporting, contractual documentation support, and engagement economics analysis.

This position requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Lifecycle Management

• Manage day-to-day engagement lifecycle activities
• Track engagements across different lifecycle stages
• Ensure compliance at each stage of the engagement process

Stakeholder & Team Support

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and engagement teams
• Proactively provide updates on engagement status
• Handle stakeholder queries and resolve escalations

Documentation & Compliance

• Assist in preparing contractual and engagement-related documents
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and review standards
• Maintain turnaround time with accuracy and efficiency

Reporting & Analysis

• Manage engagement economics and prepare budget vs actual analysis
• Support reporting activities and dashboards
• Ensure 100% review compliance before delivery

Tools & Process Knowledge

• Develop in-depth understanding of EMS processes
• Gain exposure to EY tools such as Mercury/Dynamics, PACE, AML, and QRM procedures

Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to analyze data and convert it into meaningful information
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new processes
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive deliverables

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to engagement or operations processes
• Knowledge of Mercury tools from an engagement perspective (added advantage)
