Role Overview – Workforce Management at Gainwell Technologies

As part of the Workforce Management team, you will focus on long-term forecasting for new business as well as short-term operational forecasting. The role involves analyzing historical data, identifying trends, aligning workforce plans with business strategy, and creating data-backed staffing models to support efficient operations.

You will collaborate closely with HR, scheduling teams, and business stakeholders to ensure workforce readiness across varying demand scenarios.

  • Conduct capacity and DDI planning to identify future staffing needs and skill gaps

  • Track schedule adherence and recommend corrective actions
