Role Overview – Client Success Operations Associate at Gartner

As a Client Success Operations Associate, you will support global Client Success Partners by managing non-client-facing operational tasks related to sponsorship delivery, exhibitor coordination, and conference execution. The role plays a critical part in ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across all client deliverables.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, maintain operational tools and dashboards, and continuously improve workflows using technology and automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Client Success Partners in executing sponsorship deliverables for conferences
  • Manage exhibitor assets such as logos, registrations, documentation, booth allocation, and session scheduling
  • Build and maintain exhibitor portals using event management platforms
  • Ensure accuracy of client communication templates and internal reporting tools
  • Coordinate with registration, marketing, content, and operations teams
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and operational documentation
  • Create and enhance trackers, dashboards, and activity reports
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple deadlines
