Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze large datasets, build dashboards, run experiments, and deliver insights that improve user journeys, retention, and job-matching outcomes. This role offers strong exposure to product analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML data support.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from product, marketing, and user behavior sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decisions.

Product & Business Insights

• Conduct A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to improve user engagement and retention.
• Support data-backed decision-making across product and business teams.

Data Collaboration & AI Support

• Work with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in data preparation and evaluation for AI/ML initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of user funnels, marketplace metrics, or HR-tech / job-tech analytics.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, statistics, or predictive analytics.
