About the Apprenticeship
The Google Data Analytics Apprenticeship is a 24-month learning and development program designed to build digital skills and prepare individuals for a meaningful career in Data Analytics. Apprentices will gain hands-on work experience with Google teams while also receiving structured external training.
This program combines 80% practical project-based work and 20% tailored classroom learning, giving you real-world exposure to Google’s business units while helping you develop essential analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Applicants must not have been enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
✅ Aadhaar number must be linked to an active mobile number.
✅ Applicants must have a personal email ID for registration and verification.
✅ Commitment to completing the full 24-month program is mandatory.
✅ This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work at a Google office. Relocation is not supported during the program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Less than 1 year of post-graduation work experience in data analytics.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Chrome, etc.) or similar tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of SQL programming.
- Strong interest in data analysis, numbers, and patterns.
- Ability to solve problems, work independently, and collaborate within teams.
- Critical thinking skills and adaptability to ambiguous tasks.
About the Role
As a Data Analytics Apprentice at Google, you will:
- Gain hands-on exposure to data lifecycle management and analytics processes across business units.
- Use data tools, spreadsheets, and programming languages to analyze information and create actionable insights.
- Identify anomalies, conduct industry analysis, and document findings for knowledge sharing.
- Work on projects that solve real-world business problems while learning from experienced Google leaders.
- Apply analytical techniques to quantify the business impact of Google’s media recommendations.
Important Notes
- Program Duration: 24 Months (March 2026 – March 2028).
- Apprenticeships are not a permanent full-time employment opportunity, but participants may apply for Google roles during the final 3 months of the program.
- Selected applicants will be matched to a team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, or Mumbai.
- Relocation assistance is available for those moving more than 100 km to their assigned office.
